The opportunity
As a Senior Solutions Consultant (Consulting & Operations), you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformative Smartsheet solutions for clients across the Nordics. Unlike a traditional consulting role, this position offers deep hands-on involvement in solution implementation, working directly with clients to optimise processes, drive adoption, and ensure measurable business impact. You will have the autonomy to take ownership of client projects, shape best practices, and play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives within AMX’s consulting framework. With a focus on long-term client success, this is a unique opportunity to become a trusted advisor, delivering meaningful change in how organisations operate. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Leading end-to-end project delivery, from planning and scheduling to implementation and testing. 
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing weekly calls, feedback loops, and overall project success.
• Designing and implementing business process improvements, ensuring efficiency and standardisation.
• Conducting risk assessments and establishing quality control measures to ensure seamless project execution.
• Managing ongoing client relationships, driving adoption and identifying opportunities for solution enhancements. 
• Collaborating with internal teams to refine implementation strategies and deliver best-in-class solutions.

Your profile

• You have a strong background in consulting, business process optimisation, or project management. 
• You have a strong skill set when it comes to Excel or Smartsheet or other work automation tools. 
• You are highly structured, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
• You thrive in client-facing environments and are confident leading training sessions and workshops. 
• You have experience with change management and can guide organisations through process transformations. 
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. 
• You are adaptable and solution-driven, able to take ownership of challenges and drive successful outcomes. 
• You’ve completed a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• You speak English and Danish OR Swedish fluently.
