As a Consultant at AMX, you'll play a central role in helping AMX clients unlock productivity and scale using Smartsheet and other cloud collaboration tools. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts across various industries, guiding them from initial interest through solution design, pricing conversations, and long-term success.
By nurturing long‑term relationships and guiding clients from initial interest through to a seamless handover to implementation, you’ll help them unlock new levels of efficiency and growth, making a direct, meaningful impact every day. Working closely with partners like Smartsheet sales reps and AMX implementation teams, you’ll see the digital transformation.

What you’ll be doing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of SME clients. Lead regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to uncover new use cases, solve pain points, and grow adoption.
- Partner closely with Smartsheet account reps to co-develop joint opportunities and expand accounts.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless handover to delivery consultants.
- Participate in implementation projects to understand downstream needs and improve pre-sales engagement.
- Learn from experienced consultants and gain exposure to larger enterprise opportunities as you grow.
